Defective merchandise
All merchandise is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. Any defective product received, may be returned for all full refund.
Unsuitable merchandise
Any product received that is deemed unsuitable for the customer’s needs may be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs, as long as it is received in good condition.
Shipping
All merchandise is shipped either USPS or FedEx Ground unless specified otherwise. Merchandise is generally shipped the following business day upon order and confirmation of payment. As an example, an order is placed on a Monday and paid in full with a credit card; the order is processed and shipped the following day (Tuesday). If the customer specified FedEx Overnight shipping, the order will be delivered Wednesday and be considered on time.
Shipped orders not received
Any order not received in a timely manner as outlined in our shipping schedule, will be re-sent at no charge to the customer. Since many of our orders are of a time-critical nature, adjustments to charges in the form of a credit or expedited shipping may be employed, at our discretion. If products are not received in a timely manner as outlined in our shipping schedule, a full refund will given upon rejection of said delivery or if the package is deemed lost or undeliverable.
